# Kyoko Labs

> Kyoko Labs is an AI agent agency and consultancy. We start by setting up the internal AI tech stack that gives a team superpowers: the capacity to run 10x the projects within the same 40-hour week, tuned to how the team actually works. We partner with organizations across every industry and own the outcome with them. From there, we help organizations turn AI into what they deliver for their own customers, designing and building the agent systems those customers (and their AI agents) interact with.

Kyoko Labs was founded in 2023 by Calvin Gerus. The team is made up of ex-product leaders and founders from major financial AI institutions and early-stage AI startups, PhD researchers, and leading-edge AI engineers. We work forward-deployed: engineers and researchers embed inside a client's team, tools, and workflows rather than advising from the sidelines.

The thesis behind Kyoko is that the shift to AI agents is the next platform transition, comparable in scope to the web-to-mobile shift. Every business will need an "agentic front door": a smart interface that can negotiate, transact, and collaborate with other AI agents on behalf of customers.
