# Kyoko Labs

> Kyoko Labs is an AI agent agency and consultancy. We specialize in agentic AI development and tooling: designing agent architectures, building multi-agent systems, fine-tuning custom models, authoring evaluation harnesses, and advising on applied AI research. We help modern organizations navigate the AI tech stack and identify high-value agent use cases, for their customers to interact with today and for their customers' AI agents to interact with tomorrow.

Kyoko Labs was founded in 2023 by Calvin Gerus, a former Sr. Principal AI Product Leader at Borealis AI and co-founder of The Pearl™.

The thesis behind Kyoko is that the shift to AI agents is the next platform transition, comparable in scope to the web-to-mobile shift. Every business will need an "agentic front door": a smart interface that can negotiate, transact, and collaborate with other AI agents on behalf of customers.
